The venture down the road to becoming a Personal Trainer
is amazing because not only do we learn about how we can improve our
clients’ health and lifestyle, but we can also learn about self
improvement so we can honestly practice what we preach.
I am an extremely detail oriented individual so my first priority is
SAFETY, form and technique when introducing a client to a new exercise.
My rewards are watching a client grow within their own fitness levels
and witnessing positive changes and improving their current health.
Whether it’s cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strengthening,
flexibility, or improving on Sports Specific areas, these fitness
enhancements can make everyday activities so much more enjoyable.
With a physiology and anatomy background I’ve had the opportunity to
combine the best of core stability training and postural assessments in
order to determine muscular imbalances within an individual so that I
can be program design specific. Over the years I’ve attended numerous
seminars and workshops related to Personal Training, kickboxing and
Martial Arts and use these disciplines along with various forms of
exercise equipment to round out the exercise session.
Between myself and my business associate Glenn, we make a well rounded
team to ensure that the client receives a complete program from fitness
assessment, injury management protocol and good sound nutritional
guidance. We make the fitness journey fun and safe and meet or exceed
the clients goals.
